Eco-Planet 7 Grain Instant Hot Cereal, is individually packaged for your convenience. Using batch tested Gluten-free oats, and being 100% wheat, rye, & barley free, this product is ideal for everyone.

Available in September to start you school year out right. This hot cereal is ideal in protien, fiber, Omega 3s, and low in sugar to keep the kids focused and full until lunch time.

Our 7 grains for health:

Whole Oats: each batch of oats are tested for gluten before entering the facility. Oats are one of nature's healthies grains. Oats have shown to help lower cholesterol, and are high in antioxidants.

Buckwheat: is rich in flavonoids and magnesium.

Sorghum: contains iron, calcium and potassium.

Brown Rice: is rich in fiber and many minerals.

Puffed Amaranth: The "wonder seed of the Aztecs." High in fiber, protien and calcium.

Quinoa: The sacred "super food of the Incas" containing all 9 essential amino acids.

Millet: is high in fiber with many of the B complex vitamins.
