Amy's Sweet Potato Brownies

Sweet Potato & Cinnamon Brownies

1 cup w. wheat flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tbs. cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup cooked sweet potato
½ agave nectar
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla
6 egg whites

Mix dry ingred., puree wet ingred. till smooth. Combine and bake 16-18 minutes at 350.
